inAlertCenter is a proven communication infrastructure that allows designated individuals to send a notification via the Internet or by phone simultaneously to tens of thousands of users. The notification is delivered to each recipient's primary communication device. If a person does not respond, the message is delivered to the recipient's secondary device until a response is received.


When received, the recipient chooses from pre-defined options that initiate actions, such as immediately bridging into a conference line, or resolving problems such as indicating if the recipient is available for immediate mobilization to an emergency site. The system keeps an audit trail to provide detailed historical and real-time reports.
