TelAlert Failover Support Module

The Failover Support Module is configured to operate in a client-server model, supporting an architecture where there is a single master TelAlert/6e process set and multiple remote backup systems.

This module makes it is possible to send messages and modify the master configuration in a fully reliable and redundant fashion so that no configuration changes are lost. When messaging servers are set up for synchronization with the Failover Support Module, the programs that initiate alerts can be set up to address the master and any secondary systems. The TelAlert client will attempt to contact each system in sequence.

Departmental Notification made easy

inAlertCenter is a proven communication infrastructure that allows designated individuals to send a notification via the Internet or by phone simultaneously to tens of thousands of users. The notification is delivered to each recipient's primary communication device. If a person does not respond, the message is delivered to the recipient's secondary device until a response is received.

When received, the recipient chooses from pre-defined options that initiate actions, such as immediately bridge into a conference line, or resolves problems, such as indicating if the recipient is available for immediate mobilization to an emergency site. The system keeps an audit trail to provide detailed historical and real-time reports.
