  • Technical Services Representative III

    MIR3 is the premier provider of Intelligent Notification and response software for business operations, including crisis management, IT service management, corporate communications, customer relations, supply chain management, event management, or any area that needs reliable two-way notification for groups from one to many thousands.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical support to MIR3 internal/external customers
    • Perform troubleshooting and analysis of technical issues with MIR3 products
    • Be part of a team that provides 24/7 On Call Rotation Support (including weekends and holidays)
    • Assist customers with the installation and upgrade of MIR3 products and utilities
    • Work with engineering team to resolve technical issues
    • Maintain records of activities with respect to customer reported issues

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong technical background with emphasis in networking and IT procedures.
    • Knowledge of SQL, WebServices, XML, PHP, HTML, JQuery, Javascript, and database management a plus
    • Experience with Linux and Unix a plus
    • Knowledge of Service Now or similar ticketing tracking applications a plus
    • Detail oriented and very organized
    • Ability to work on multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional Services Engineer

    • Design, scope, develop and implement custom-made integration products
    • Scope and interpret customer requirements to write ROM’s, SOW’s and RFP’s
    • Develop base integrations with ITSM tools

    • Assist in troubleshooting technical support tickets and issues that could not be resolve in Level 2 support

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pre-sales Engineer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The candidate will report to the Director of Pre-Sales Engineering, and will work with both the direct and channel sales teams to bring in new business, drive revenue, and serve as a technical resource in all aspects of the sales process.  While individual contribution is key in this role, the ability to work with a variety of other departments as a team player is equally critical.  Responsible for supporting quota carrying sales team and helping drive sales.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experienced enterprise software sales background
    • Positive team player who is focused on both personal performance, development and company success
    • Possesses a strong understanding of the technology and deep technical skills
    • Self motivated with a strong sense of discipline with little oversight

    • Understanding of industry standard applications from HP, IBM, Microsoft, BMC and others
    • Has worked with major F500 accounts as well as channel partners
    • Experience in implementing software for onsite POCs
    • Strong technical background, ideally with telephony and wireless technologies.

    • Knowledge and understanding of the indirect channel model and subscription software (SaaS)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience enterprise software sales, while this is a channel position, you will be required to help our partners in direct sales.

You know how to get a Java app server running from download in under twenty minutes. You can also contribute to a database discussion without irritating the DBAs.

    • Deployed and maintained VMWARE ESX infrastructure in production environments
    • Deployed, monitored, and maintained Linux servers and applications in production environments
    • Designed and managed monitoring solutions such as Cacti, Nagios, or other SNMP tools

  • Client Service Representative

    MIR3 has an opening in San Diego for a Client Service Representative. The Client Services Representative (CSR) is a critical customer relationship management role within customer services at MIR3. As the primary point of contact, the CSR is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the Support organization while ensuring high quality through the coordination of resources within R&D, Services, Sales and Technical Support to drive the resolution of critical issues. Additionally, the CSR will build a strong relationship with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides a single point of contact for a customer engagement with Support on a proactive, long-term (years) basis.
    • Establishes and maintains strong, trusted relationships with assigned customer accounts.
    • Holds regular (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) scheduled calls with assigned customer accounts to provide guidance and advice on forward-looking plans, as well as understand and provide status current technical issues.
    • Maintains an awareness of the customer’s unique implementations and project milestones, and provides that knowledge to other resources throughout MIR3 as needed.
    • Educate and promote best practices for leveraging MIR3 based on assigned customer’s unique experiences and challenges.
    • Report to senior management in Support to provide insight into the current state of the customer relationship with assigned accounts

    Requirements:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Identify, drive and manage new business and up-sell opportunities within assigned accounts or territory
    • Develop C-level relationships
    • Contribute to the marketing team in identifying and executing plans for market awareness; client case studies, vertical market growth within assigned territory or accounts
    • Prepare and/or coordinate proposal materials to clients and respond to RFP requests
