Welcome to the Capital Alert Emergency Notification Opt-In Portal! Capital Alert can notify you during emergency events on campus by sending a text message to your cell phone, SMS device and/or e-mail account. This is a free service for all Capital University faculty, staff and students; however, text messaging fees may apply to your bill depending on your cell phone service agreement.
