MIR3 in™WebServices™ adds value to commercial and enterprise software by embedding Intelligent Notification™ (IN) to extend the application’s communication capabilities.
inWebServices is a Web Services interface that adds to or extends an application’s communication capabilities by easily embedding true Intelligent Notification (IN) capabilities into the application.
Unlike passive methods of alerting (such as email, pager or pop-up messages), true IN capabilities provide multi-modal, interactive messaging. IN messages are developed using routing, escalation, and device priority rules and are accompanied by pre-defined choices that initiate actions or resolve problems. IN also supports complete historical auditing and real-time reports.
Using inWebServices, developers can quickly and easily add value to a customer’s application. In addition to access to a development server and code samples for rapid prototyping, MIR3 engineers are available to jumpstart the process.
inWebServices can enhance the communication abilities of any application that requires the ability to quickly and efficiently notify groups or individuals about an event, disaster, emergency or urgent business issue. Potential applications encompass all vertical markets and functional areas of the enterprise, including:
