inConnect installation is straightforward and easy to use. The system supports 1.3.x and 1.4.x versions of Java 1.3.1. Once the product is installed and a synchronization schedule created, data is updated at predefined intervals.
During synchronization, a check sum for records in the corporate database(s) is sent to the intermediate JDBC database. If the check sum has changed since the last synchronization, the record is then "pushed" to the IN database where the old record is overwritten.
